About POWTEC Holding and its Subsidiaries
Located on the shore of Southeast Alaska's rugged Prince of Wales Island, POWTEC Holding Company, LLC is a state-chartered Limited Liability Company that is as steeped in tradition as it is concerned with future sustainability.
The company was founded by two federally recognized tribes, the Craig Tribal Association (CTA) and the Organized Village of Kasaan (OVK), to provide management oversight to its subsidiary companies: the Prince of Wales Tribal Enterprise Consortium (POWTEC), LLC; POWTEC Solutions, LLC; and POWTEC Services, LLC. These subsidiaries provide information technology and facilities support services to tribal, commercial and government clients.

POWTEC, LLC provides IT solutions and services throughout the software development life cycle. We expertly design, develop, and manage websites, provide enterprise-wide help desk support, scale complex applications, and provide database design services and consulting.

POWTEC Services is a professional and technical consulting services company delivering environmental, infrastructure, management, and technology services to the federal, native American, state, and commercial markets.
Our Team
POWTEC's leadership team has more than 30 years of proven experience in managing work in the service areas and markets we serve.
We have the experience to build diverse project teams of professionals with the right expertise and required skills and then deploy and manage these teams from coast to coast. We excel at working with our customers to understand their needs and then tailor creative solutions to address those needs within budget and schedule. We are agile and able to respond quickly to our customer’s changing needs.
